Cancellation / Refund Policy

A refund of the Hotel Market Connections registration fee, less an administrative fee of $25, will be made if written notice of cancellation is postmarked no later than Thursday, September 8, 2016. Registrants whose cancellation requests are postmarked after Thursday, September 8, 2016, will NOT be entitled to a refund. Cancellation of registration for this event must be made in writing and emailed to Nicole Roantree at or faxed to 516-742-3059. If you would like to transfer your registration to another person, please notify HVS (Nicole Roantree) by September 14, 2016.
